Our trusted delivery partners include The Courier Guy and PUDO. Depending on your location and the most suitable delivery option, your order will be delivered using one of our courier partners.
Delivery Fees
- FREE delivery on orders over R1,500
- Flat rate delivery of R125 on orders under R1,500
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, peak periods or unforeseen courier delays.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Helping Us Deliver On Time
To help us deliver your order without delays, please ensure that:
- Your delivery address is complete and accurate.
- Your contact number is correct.
- Someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours, where applicable.
If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information or because no one is available to accept the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
Every order is carefully packed before leaving our warehouse.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the matter promptly and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
